Buschmann Single Disc Bender and Perfect Bender S-150 Set

This Single Disc Bender and Perfect Bender S-150 Set includes the the large disc bender single, and the perfect bender S-150.

The Disc Bender Single L is for bending from 90-180° degrees, has an insertion depth from 8-43mm, material thickness up to 1mm, easy handling, perfect glide and bending features. The disc is now easily removable, and the overall bender is 30% lighter.

The Perfect Bender S-150 is for bending up to 100° degree, has an insertion depth from 5-150mm, and material thickness up to 1mm.

All parts made of high-quality stainless steel which makes this bender suitable for any weather.

The bender also has 16 mm stainless rods with laser marking, and a bending wheel with an 80° angular position to bend sheets up to 100°.

Adjustable distance position for different material thicknesses from 0.5 – 1 mm.

The rolls are now easily exchangeable to change the radius from 0.7mm to 2.0mm, which is better suited for bending soft materials like: zinc, aluminum, copper, etc.
